Job Discription
A Private Banking Company location in DIFC is looking for a Private Banking Relationship Manager whose role is to enhance the client experience by servicing high net worth clients and providing transactional and administrative support to high net worth clients. The role is responsible for managing the processes associated with client on boarding, general account maintenance, transactions and inquiries.
Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships externally and internally is an essential part of the role.
Provide superior service to International Private Banking clients in a professional manner and ensure a personalised client experience at each touch point.
Understanding how the client type, client risk, and product type play a role in preparation.
Verify client instructions and prepare appropriate doentation in a timely fashion to facilitate the execution of transactions and coordinate the process flow by partnering with internal business units and follow up until completion.
Maximize the client experience by reviewing and completing the KYC process and minimize the touch points between the client and the bank by understanding the doentation requirements across all entity types.
Act on client instructions, inquiries, requests, voicemails and issues in a timely fashion and facilitate the processing of transactions in an accurate manner to help maintain client relationships.
Rebalancing client portfolio when required in a timely manner to keep the client within his risk tolerance.
Monitor client’s daily transactions and inform Banking team of potential issues, possible fraud or unexpected activity that is not in line with the customer’s standard instructions.
Minimum 5 years experience required in private banking not including any experience in the SME sector
Must be already managing a portfolio of assets with a good client relationship.
