Hiring Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Salary: up to AED 5,000 + Benefits
IDO is recruiting a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring the front office and the reception areas are presentable at all times,
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls,
Maintain the meeting room booking system and allocate accordingly,
Receive telephone calls, re-direct them as appropriate, and take adequate messages,
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation,
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars,
Managing office supplies and ordering inventory as needed,
Managing a small team of office assistants and drivers.
The ideal candidate should have:
3 years of prior experience in reception or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively
Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable
