1- Job Title: Executive Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
Create schedules for the CEO
Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings
Manage the CEO’s phone calls & emails.
Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO
Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests
Schedule / attend meetings and take minutes
Prepare meetings reports and agenda for the CEO
Communicate between the executive and employees
Assist in Administration tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Top of the line organizational skills
Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
Planning abilities
Interpersonal skills
Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
Proficiency level of English & Arabic Languages
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to make travel plans
