Hiring for Receptionist & Admin Assistant at Junior (With some experience in the field) Full Time

• Establishes and maintains professional and courteous customer service related communication with internal clients and external vendors and escalates to management any delays, issues.
• Introduce JRF important aspects and programs, able to communicate with local community
• Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Contribute the printing of the necessary official letters in Arabic and English in coordination with HR supervisor in addition translate, drafting and issuing HR letter
• Answer, screen, identify caller and reason of call and forward incoming phone calls to relevant parties.
• Notify unavailable internal colleagues of missed calls via email with caller name, phone number and reason of call.
• Provide basic information relating to the Foundation when needed.
• Receive and sort deliveries/couriers.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor log book, issue visitor badges).
• Schedule meetings/appointments / room bookings and update appointment calendars.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
• Ensure reception area is clean and tidy and organize notices and announcements are updated.
• Manages, prioritises and organises self, relating to additional tasks requested by HR & Admin senior Manager to support HR function
• Responsible for employee engagement, outing activities
• Drafting HR news letter.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree in Bussiense , Language ,or any related field 

strong English and Arabic language skills 

minimum 2 years of proven experiance in administration or receptionest , NGO experiance beneficial
