As a QA officer, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of all agents and representatives who deal with our existing and potential customers, monitor inbound and outbound calls, and emails responses to assess representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
