Description:
• Accept customer online consultation, record customer consultation and customer comments, and give customer feedback according to the corresponding process.
• Able to find and solve customer needs and comments in a timely manner, record and report.
• Provide customers with accurate solutions and information to solve customer problems and provide quality service.
• Share information with colleagues or supervisors to build knowledge and provide evidence.
• Share positive and negative lessons with colleagues.
Job Requirements:
• Customer service experience is preferred, fresher are also welcome to apply.
• Strong team spirit, serious and responsible, patient to work, able to quickly adapt to the working environment, obedient to leadership and management.
