Mamalu Kitchen is looking to hire dynamic, bubbly, motivated, passionate, hard working and experienced operations manager for a small family owned F&B concept.
The candidate has to have the below minimum qualifications:
Excellent customer relations skills
Strong communication skills and strong English speaking & writing skills:
The role will be a rotational schedule of 6 days per week including visa and insurance.
They should also have the below qualities:
Lover of Food (foodie)
Strong accounting and marketing skills
Strong negotiator / sales skills
Excellent computer skills (fast typing, excel proficiency, powerpoint etc…)
This exciting role has someone that will have an oversight on several parts of the organization and consists of:
Liaising with staff members in the Cooking Studio & Eazy Freezy
Coordinating with the owner and the team
Administration of HR, licensing, accounting, reconciliation, purchasing, staff appraisals etc…
Strategy and business development on both businesses
Achievement of targets set and KPI’s
Ensuring smooth running of day to day business
Reporting directly to the owner
Must be located in Dubai and ready to work on Palm Jumeirah and to START IMMEDIATELY ONLY, preferably with driving license.
