CLERK – Bilingual (1 year contract)
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: High School Diploma
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year related experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic level
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to maintain the office properties and assets in an organized manner, execute and supervise administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintains files and records according to departmental policies and procedures.
2. Communicates information or documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Handles routine queries and refers to the appropriate individuals.
4. Assists in the preparation of reports as instructed.
5. Assists with the development of a variety of correspondence, transcribes correspondence and distributes as required.
6. Assists with the maintenance of the database and filing system, both electronic and hard copy.
7. Receive, register and distribute all incoming mail, electronic mail and hard copy documents based on priority.
8. Tracks and logs all incoming and outgoing documents.
9. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
10. Perform other duties as requested.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: QAR3,500.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
