Plan, organise and implement front line Human Resource advise and support through consistent and fair implementation of HR processes and procedures to Line Departments in a timely and smooth manner ensuring quality service across all departments. (This role will focus around providing a front line support to staff in Supervisory grades and below, however on the more process related aspects they will also brief the management grades) Provide comprehensive analytical support in managing the annual remuneration review process for outstations as per agreed schedule as well as information and reports required for the line departments.
