Job Description & Role:
Provides support to different areas within the organization (HR, Admin, Sales…)
Human Resources:
Introduction Letters
Timesheets and vacation
Coordination with PRO
o Visa Related renewal
o Company related License renewal
Coordination with Insurance company
Administration:
Business Travel arrangements
Expenses and Petty Cash
Review and check expense reports
Payment of Regular Invoices
Office rent, supplies and cleanliness
Act as a receptionist
Business Visa Issuance
Ad-hoc support in other areas
Sales & Business Development:
Opportunities Data Entry – Portal Update
Documentation Support
Events Management
Registration with different Government entities and potential clients
Additional Requirements:
University Degree preferably in IT related specialty
Minimum 4 years experience with 2 years in UAE
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communications skills
Strong command of English
Dynamic, energetic and flexible
Good sense and appreciation of quality
High integrity and professionalism
Familiarity with UAE Visa process
