Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates, The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance & repair of fire and security systems. Day to day tasks will include attending to client service calls, conducting inspections, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and providing technical support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge in fire and security systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and field service
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients
  • Technical support experience to assist clients
  • Maintenance and repair experience for fire and security systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the industry will be highly regarded
  • Bachelor’s or diploma in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • UAE light vehicle driving licence is must
