Job Discription
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support in various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. This position requires strong administrative skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries.
Help with the preparation and distribution of HR-related doents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
Assist in conducting orientations for new employees and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate attendance records.
Assist in managing employee leave requests and maintaining leave records.
Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing employee terminations.
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
Previous experience in an HR administrative role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR-related tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
