As a Cybersecurity Client Partner at Wipro, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our cybersecurity clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and providing strategic guidance to enhance their security posture. This position requires effective client engagement management, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within our cybersecurity consulting practice.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the cybersecurity field.Gain a deep understanding of clients cybersecurity challenges, requirements, and objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance and tailored recommendations to address clients specific cybersecurity needs.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Business Development:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with clients cybersecurity requirements.Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand our client base.Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.Project Management:Lead and oversee cybersecurity consulting engagements from initiation to successful completion.Collaborate closely with clients to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate with internal teams, including cybersecurity consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality projects.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.Provide regular project updates to clients, manage their expectations, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
