One of our client is looking for a reliable Admin / Coordinator in UAE (Sharjah).

You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative projects, and assist purchasing department and work closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and being highly productive.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees / suppliers and following up on work results.
Provide administrative support.
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules, and maintaining purchase records
Create reports for senior management
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
2 or more years’ proven experience as an Office Admin or coordinator.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office-Intermediate will be sufficient).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures;
Fluent in English
