· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
· Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring the log book.
· Ensures a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
· Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
· Execution of Personal Assistant role to the Managing Director.
· Handling the social media websites of the company like FACEBOOK, TWITTER and INSTAGRAM on regular basis.
· Receives, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail
· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Keep updated records of office expenses of necessary stationary and materials
· Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
