We are looking for a qualified Social media Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media plans to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. Follows the major duties & responsibilities involved in this position.
Responsibilities
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube, Snapchat and identify additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Create engaging content with the support of the concerned Marketing Divisions and are appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor and engage with customers & new audience in relevant social media platforms about our companies and/or industry and ensure in responding to their positive or negative comments professionally.
Conduct vehicle reviews, insights and sales reviews on our various social media platforms.
Create and implement regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success for maximum online reach results i.e. obtaining quality leads, awareness, conversion post boosting, LinkedIn discussions, etc.
Capture daily activities and beauty shots of the Showroom to publish short promotional videos and sales stories in various social media platforms and promote the sales of available stocks.
Visit the showrooms under the Group and within the UAE as and when required to cover stories for publishing the social media content through various channels.
Create a Social Media Content Calendar Plan for each business under the group and manage the implementation in line with marketing plans.
Ensure all publications are done within the stipulated time frame.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for expanding the business network.
Apply/amend marketing strategies to increase the audience through various marketing channels.
Organizing events, launches, exhibition participation, campaign, etc., as relevant to any of our Companies.
Measure and report the social media performance, effectiveness, business impact and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) etc. with Senior Management.
Ensure to use appropriate contents and correct hashtags, tags, etc. in all social media platforms.
Review new techniques for social media posting and keep the company at the forefront of all social media ideas and tactical strategies
Actively seek new sales opportunities through various social media channels.
Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales discussion with all the customers.
All customer feedback to be taken seriously and be resolved in a timely manner.
After sales to be handled with diligence. Continuous follow ups with the correct department is required until the matter is resolved.
Understand all company policies and procedures to conduct smooth sales transactions.
Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention throughout the sales processes.
Oversee the photography management for the Group of Companies.
Consult and overlook the Social Media Accounts of the Sister Companies.
Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting Personnel.
Develop excellent communication, creative, and multi-tasking skills to meet the Company performance standards.
Update and highlight the latest trends and best practices for both online and offline marketing to the Reporting personnel.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful findings to the reporting personnel.
Monitoring competitors position online i.e. websites, social media and provide brief feedback to the reporting personnel.
Ensure every task carried out is ‘Google friendly’.
Ensure every task carried out is in line by international and local laws and regulations i.e. across social media, mention of news about renowned people or brands, customer images and feedback etc.
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
Confirm the correct usage of all content ensuring in line with the Company standards.
Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results; All tasks to be in line with the reporting personnel’s instructions and approval.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Proven work experience in UAE for a minimum of 5 years as a Social media strategist or Social media specialist.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
Excellent multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
