We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabi’s airport.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Team management & coordination : o Insure team spirit and positive atmosphere o Insure right workload balancing within the team and proper back-up management o Motivate, develop people & coordinate trainings into the team o Insure Thales Order Entry rules are properly applied by the team o Insure good collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Technical Consultants, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production & Finance departments o Insure appropriate internal and external communication – Operational missions : o Insure that any received order is booked into ERP and acknowledged in due time according to “Thales Customer Purchase Order Review” o Insure ERP data are clean and updated with any fresh information linked to the order o Process regular backlog and order files audit and lead corrective actions o Support the team in getting the delivery dates fitting with customers’ expectations o Insure the team leads the appropriate actions to get executables in due time or support the team to remove the blocking points o Contribute to backlog and planning reviews providing both qualitative & quantitative short term forecast data o Provide monthly billing forecast figures in volume and turnover and target accuracy level o Participate to Sales Reviews o Insure that customers complaints are properly registered and followed up o Attend customer meetings, assist customer when visiting Thales facilities – Projects coordination : Ensure that any new processes and rules are well understood and applied by the team o Contribute to Order to Cash improvement projects and tools migration (ERP, PDM…) WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS – Management in an international trade context – 4 or 5 years of experience of managing remote and local teams – Knowledge and Experience in Logistics- export/import and International Trade QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS – Master in International Trade & Business – Business school PREFERRED SKILLS – Knowledge on international sales administration – Goods skills in communication – Ability to build good relationships – Global and multicultural views – Good ability to work under pressure. – Strong maturity to motivate the team – High capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.
