Role Summary
Be the project manager and owner of new campaigns and make sure all marketing channels switch on in coordination and all functional teams deliver their parts on time. This Role will focus on Food vertical growth activities and not quick commerce vertical.
Build and execute 360 degree integrated (OOH, Performance Marketing, CRM, Social Media, influencers, BTL, partnerships, and any activation) to drive performance objectives (acquisition/ reorder / retention) as well as brand objectives (awareness, engagement & affinity).
Taking Full ownership of the designated geography and it’s growth,
the designated campaigns and it’s growth, consumers visibility ,and acting proactively to drive their growth by initiating plans, ideas, and campaigns.,
Make data driven decisions to choose the right channel mix strategy, the right target audience to achieve the campaign objectives, track campaigns, and report.
This role goes beyond traditional campaign management and requires a thinker with exceptional analytical skills, solution orientation, and creativity. The Senior Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns, driving measurable results, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing strategies, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.
What’s on your plate
. Handling, planning & liaising with internal teams to activate campaigns
. Manage the sourcing and production of all marketing collateral related to food ecommerce
. Managing Deliverables of content across channels.
. Documenting all campaign plans and activities, and creating post-campaign result documents with corrective or next steps for new campaigns
. Working with manager to plan campaigns, which are aligned with the annual calendar
. Presenting results of recent campaigns in weekly/monthly meetings with relevant departments within the business
. Constantly track trends, Flag new ones, and come up with relevant marketing campaign ideas
. Constantly tracking and reporting costs, marketing spend and budgets.
. Briefing, planning, and supporting on ground activations.
. Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including OOH, digital, social media, print, and events.
. Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities for campaign initiation, optimization and customer targeting.
. Constantly track competitors activities, product and campaigns.
. Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
. Overcome challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach target audiences, and drive desired outcomes.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, CRM, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels.
. Plan and manage the campaign budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.
. Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drive successful collaboration and campaign delivery.
. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
What did we order
. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, and campaign management preferably in an e-commerce, F&B aggregator, or tech company.
. Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management.
. Strong project management and analytical skills.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong in analysis and a very numbers oriented person.
. Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
