Role Summary
Responsible for executing Quick Commerce 360 campaigns in coordination with internal functions, ensuring each channel goes live on time.
Be proactive and ideate growth campaigns based on insights to drive performance objectives (acquisition /orders / retention / multi vertical adoption), allocating the right channels based on previous campaigns.
Reporting on all campaigns and suggesting corrective actions.
This role goes beyond traditional campaign management and requires a solutions-oriented, analytical thinker.
The marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing strategies, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.
What’s On Your Plate
. Handling, planning & liaising with internal teams to activate cross-channel campaigns
. Manage the sourcing and production of all marketing collateral
. Documenting all campaign plans and activities, and creating post-campaign result documents with corrective or next steps for new campaigns
. Working with manager to plan campaigns, which are aligned with the annual calendar
. Presenting results of recent campaigns in weekly/monthly meetings with relevant departments within the business
. Track industry trends, flag new ones, and come up with relevant marketing campaign ideas
. Tracking and reporting marketing costs
. Briefing, planning, and supporting on ground activations.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, CRM, content, and digital marketing,
to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels.
. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drive successful collaboration and campaign delivery.
. Being the main point of contact for marketing requests, marketing lead, and escalation.
. Looking at growth bigger picture and prioritizing requests based on return on investment.
What Did We Order
. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, and campaign management preferably in an e-commerce, FMCG, or tech company.
. Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management.
. Strong project management skills.
. Strong analytical skills.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
