Job Description
BSc/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
Minimum of 10 years of working experience as an IT Field Support Engineer
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective user management and communication skills
Fluent in English and Arabic language (Preferred)
Strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of desktop computer systems, mobile devices, client-side network devices
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Operating systems, Wi-Fi technologies, IP telephony Microsoft Office, Office 365, Teams, Remote desktop connection tools, and other desktop applications
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM tools is compulsory.
Good understanding of the continuous improvement process
Creating technical documentation experience
Ability to work in shifts.
