Description:
We are looking for Office Administrator/Secretary (Female) locally inside in UAE.
Working Hours: 7:00 – 15:00 (5 days a week)
Leave: 30 days paid leave with air ticket after 335 days
Min Qualification
Degree/Diploma. Bilingual English/Arabic knowledge preferable.
3 years’ experience in clerical duties in the department handling technical documents/contract documents.
With O&G background preferably
Other Requirement:
The candidate with good command of written and spoken English. Time management, multi-tasking skills, very good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork & cooperation achievement orientation. Good exposure to computer applications such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
Knowledge in Arabic (Reading & typing) will be an added advantage.
Job Description
candidate shall perform general clerical and administrative duties including, typing of various forms, Data entries according to the as and when requirement, documents and letters, filing, receiving and distributing departmental mail, answering telephone calls and taking messages, keeping stationery, attending on department guests, receiving and stamping invoices and delivering for settlement upon approval by the Supervisors.
