The opportunity
The role is in place to be responsible for providing professional and efficient office management support to high profile trailblazing multinational clients.
The job holder will be a keen advocate of best practices and employ company policies and procedures as standard working practices.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking office manager to join our established and growing team in Dubai.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring all areas and dip check that previous issues have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
Performing routine inventory duties including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
Covering office assistant duty cover including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors to reception.
Pointing person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and releasing parcels for courier.
Organizing meetings and serving refreshments to visitors and clearing out empty cups around the entire office. To keep the office in perfect shape.
Taking care of internal policies/procedures and regulations especially the clean desk policy.
Ensuring that the clean desk policy is observed by everyone.
Collecting mail from the post office (within the DIFC).
Handling corporate events by assisting with the set up of venue and providing assistance to meet requirements.
Ensuring that the look and feel of the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
Ensuring that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
Assisting with clients reports as required.
Being responsible for delivering superior customer service and developing key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and clients.
Managing the cleaning team on site and ensure the office is clean and top notch.
Being responsible for managing multiple specialist and vendor and ensuring the work are scheduled and completed as committed to the client.
Carrying out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.
About you
You will have a relevant degree qualification and be a member of a professional body. You have office management, administrative or assistant experience.
