Job Discription
– Overview the food preparati process, ensuring quality and standards and techniques of the food specifications.
– Ensure the effective implementation of service standards.
– Greet customers when needed, guarantee them an excellent dining experience and handle their complaints appropriately.
– Supervise all staffs on the oocassions of food preparation, customer service, cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
– Providing regular, accurate, computerized reports of operations to management.
– Promoting cooperative efforts, a team spirit, and good morale among employees.
– Performing other work related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management.
– 5-6 Years experience in Restaurant operations.(GCC EXPERIENCE IS MUST).
– Fluency in English, Arabic.
– Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
– Attractive Personality.
