We are hiring a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years’ work experience within the Construction industry. You must have knowledge of FM duties and responsibilities.
This position requires the candidate to supervise all on-site construction work including, but not limited to, subcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues that may arise onsite and inspect all work during the construction period to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
The candidate will also be responsible for onsite activities from site development, completion and handover of the project. Good managerial skills are required to lead, direct and monitor the performance off all site Foremen and support staff within our team.
You will also be responsible for monitoring progress of the project, assessing standards, reviews, design changes and advice the Project Manager of all progress.
Organizational skills a must for weekly meetings with client and consultant on work progress and setting targets for work ahead. Preparation, submission and cost estimates using drawings to be monitored and submitted.
