Marine Operations CoordinatorJob Location : RiyadhJob Purpose:?Diving & Marine Crew Sourcing & selection for all projects as per project requirements?Create & monitor Project crew leave roaster to avoid any shortage of crew in each project?Mobilization & Demobilization of personnel, making sure contractual requirements are always met.?Advance notification of crew roaster and supply of any requested information by other departments?Validation of crew Technical Certification, safety certificates, visas, induction & port gate passes prior to mobilization?Arranging technical interview with crew along with management to authenticate skills, verify experience and work knowledge.?Verification of crew certification with issuing body when required?Monitor and manage logistics regarding travel, accommodation, mandatory training, and visas applications etc.?Maintaining the Petty Cash & Cash advance records for crew?Controlling and organize the project documentation making sure all documents are labelled properly and updated?Create complete diving team personnel CV with required certification packages for tender submission?Collecting the monthly timesheets from crew members and passing these to accounts after verificationKey Accountabilities:?Point of contact for pre and post mobilization of personnel?Responsible for arranging international / local flights for personnel along with Admin depart.?Maintain and updating the crew training / certification matrix?Coordinate with HR & Admin department for new visa and renewals, gate passes etc?Monitoring the leave roaster for crew?Conduct certification verification from issuing bodies of crew when required?Handle department petty cash log in daily basis?Prepare CV packages of crew for client approval?Prepare internal & external correspondence?Provide admin support to Operations department?Responsible for arranging invoices and tender submission to clients?Coordinate with client interface requirements?Coordinate with training institutions for crew safety training when required?Coordinating with HR & Admin for crew travel & hotel booking?Perform document control function for Operations Department?Coordinating with suppliers for equipment procurement as per project needs?Keeping Equipment certification record?Perform other jobs related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications, Experience & Skills :?Graduate with operational based role training & experience?02 ? 05 years? experience in marine industry?Education in (Marine certificate )?Experience in Offshore admin works especially diving & marine shipping and Logistics operations?Technically proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office suite?Team Worker?Demonstrate good planning, organizational skills?Ability to work for extended hours during emergencies?Saudi Driving License
