We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager – MICE to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales plans and strategies
Drive and develop new business for the hotel and group
Management and development of existing accounts for the hotel
Provide key interface with Operations and other departments
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or marketing or related fields – alternatively min. of 5 years in hotel sales.
Good command of the English language written and verbal, Arabic as an additional language (spoken) an advantage.
Middle East experience ideally in U.A.E. preferably in a 5-star hotel.
Previous experience in hotel and/or sales experience in the Abu Dhabi hospitality industry is desirable.
Previous experience in Banquet/Group/MICE Sales & Coordinator (2 – 3 years) essential.
Proven ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies and account plans.
Pro-active approach, with a strong drive for results and a track record of achievement.
