Description:
RMA Motors is currently looking to expand its Finance and Insurance team with an experienced automotive professional that is familiar with all aspects of the UAE’s banking, insurance and RTA procedures.
The job position will require the following;
Analyzing client’s financial status and advising financial options that matches the customer profile
Collecting all relevant documents required for bank finance and secure customer approvals with most suitable bank depending on customer and car details. Assistance to clients purchasing Motor insurance policies and mortgages through UAE banks and insurance companies.
Providing customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of banking and insurance procedures and policies.
Validating auto loan LPO’s
Preparing finance & insurance documentation, quotes and gathering of required supporting documentation
Updating customer, sales team and sales manager throughout the different stages of F&I approval
Preparing documentation required for RTA registration with mortgage upload and ownership transfer
Discussing, reviewing and negotiating the terms of motor insurance contracts
Monitoring banking auto loan approval timelines and dispersal payments
Liaise with the sales team and manager to ensure smooth transaction for customers post deposit until handover
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly F&me reporting for sales manager, documenting approval time lines and ROI time lines.
Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Familiarizing and staying on top of all banking institutions updated F&I processes, interest rates and procedures. You must stay up-to-date with changes in the automotive banking industry and related regulations.
Collaborating with other department, the F&I role requires you to work closely with the sales department, service department, logistics department and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Overall, the job of the F&I professional is to provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the financing and insurance process, and help them make informed decisions about their purchases.
