Supply chain and Operations are at the heart of this transformation and key enablers for its success.The Regional Supply Chain integration plays a pivotal role in anchoring the regional operations as center of expertise and making our Supply Chain more client centric across the region. The main mission of this position is to consolidate expertise around processes and work closely with local, regional and central operations teams on key projects and initiatives aiming to enhance our client experience and increase operational efficiency.???????????KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Process & Flows Expertise

• Ensure all Supply chain process are mapped and always up to date
• Provide and support and guidance to regional and local operations teams in mapping new/existing flows
• Exchange regularly with the Maisons Business Process Integrators at HQ level on process improvements and best practices sharing and implementation

E2E SC performance management

• Maintain updated list of activity/performance indicators
• Implement procedures to pilot supply chain performance at market level
• Conduct regular reviews to define/update SLAs with local teams

Project coordination

• Build business cases for supply chain projects with the collaboration of regional and local stakeholders
• Initiate, plan and coordinate the execution of strategic Supply chain projects

?Supply Chain community animation

• Nurture a team spirit across the supply chain and operations teams across the region by animating regular forums
• Foster sharing and facilitate collaboration around best practices in supply chain operations
• Prepare and organize the Regional Operations seminar on a regular basis

?JOB PROFILE??Education

• Degree in Industrial engineering

Required Experience

• Functional experience: 4-5 years in supply chain project management, business analysis and process mapping
• Industry experience: SC Consulting, FMCG

Technical Skills / Abilities

• SAP SD/MM/LE
• Lean management, Six Sigma or Kanban
• MS PowerPoint & Excel
