Role: Administrative Assistant with Social Media Marketing Focus
Location: Expo City Co-Working Space
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Your Responsibilities:
– Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
– Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with our marketing team to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and schedule posts.
– Content Creation: Contribute fresh ideas and create visual and written content for our social media channels.
– Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our online community to foster meaningful connections.
– Analytics: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
– Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with precision.
– Social Media Enthusiast: You’re familiar with major social media platforms and understand effective engagement strategies.
– Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
