Q5 is an international award-winning consulting firm that helps organisations be the best they can be. Q5 are trusted advisors to some of the world’s most high performing organisations. They help to nurture good organisational health (organisational effectiveness) so that high performing organisations can remain at the top of their game, and those who are struggling can take action and improve.
Organisational effectiveness is complex so each Q5 intervention is unique, so whether an organisation has a strategic conundrum, market opportunity or operational gripe, we work with them to make things better. This include helping organisations clarify their purpose or strategic direction, designing new fit-for-purpose organisational structures or processes, or cultivating a healthy culture of high performance.
Q5 operate from our office network in London (since 2009), New York (since 2013), Sydney (since 2015), Hong Kong (since 2017), Leeds (since 2018), Melbourne (since 2018), Cardiff (from 2021) and Oman from 2023.

Q5 Middle East
Given our track record of successful delivery in the region since 2017, we are expanding our work and our presence across the Middle East with a primary focus on the GCC: Saudi Arabia and Oman.
In 2023 we launched our first office in the region in Muscat, Oman andare looking to establish a second office in Riyadh by the end of the year.
We combine our global expertise with locally based delivery to get the best results for our clients.

We focus on capability and employability building at scale and on developing leadership talent within cultural context, especially agile, young leaders, female leadersand local talent.
We focus on tech and digital maturity – supporting our clients to develop the right tech strategy and operating models to enable constant adaption to new ways of working and changes in the market.

Highly adaptable and flexible in thinking style We often find ourselves working across a variety of contexts and a simple challenge turns out to be much more complex than it first appears. You need to be able to quickly join the dots together and develop a plan to move forward. You also need to be able to adapt that plan when it is not working.
