SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR Gain Ad Hoc Knowledge In Supply Chain And Assist The Supply Chain Team In The Main Functions Such As Supply Planning, Logistics And Customer Service. Ensure The Successful Completion Of Tasks And Back Up As Needed Based On Business And Operations Priorities. Interaction
Report to the Head of Supply Chain.
Work closely with Supply Chain, NPD, Business Technology, Finance and 3PLs.
- Duties and Responsibilities: Master data:
New products codification structure
Master data update: Products locations- Suppliers
Assortment Update And Communication Regulatory
KSA: o Follow up with the Regulatory agent and needed parties to ensure all products are registered in SFDA- SABER o Follow up on certificates issuance as needed prior to shipments. o Follow up on Payment plan and status.
Export markets: o Follow up on all requirements and documents needed by the Regulatory and governmental organizations for products registration and import certificates. Coordination:
Follow up on 3PL invoices, checking and payment issuance: Warehouse, Forwarders, Issuance and Follow up of the Products price lists per country. Regulatory.
Support in creating orders and transactions in the ERP.
Daily reports extraction and checking: ERP,WMS.
- Profile:
Good Communication skills and willingness to learn.
Proactivity, Flexibility, Accuracy.
Good level of Excel.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Business Central is a plus
- Education level: Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Experience: 2 years experience in a Commercial Organization.
