Orange Group Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Dubai Full Time

Responsibilities:

– We consider ONLY candidates who ALREADY LIVE in Dubai;

– CEO administrative support;

– Assistance in organizing of opening the office (selection of premises, contracting, office improvement);

– Work with contractors: collecting information, systematization, reporting to the manager, participation in negotiations;

– Interaction with companies in the real estate industry: resource-supplying, expert, technical, construction, real estate sales and management companies;

– Interpretation and translation (Russian – English / English – Russian);

– Fulfillment of the team organizational orders;

– Work with documents.

Requirements:

– We consider ONLY candidates who ALREADY LIVE in Dubai;

– Knowledge of Russian and English languages (B2 and higher). It will be necessary to work with documents and participate in negotiations in English;

– Active life position;

– High level of independence, result-oriented;

– Sociability, ability to find an approach to different people;

– Mobility – work involves traveling around the city;

– Striving for development. Willingness to work with the real estate is welcome.

Conditions:

– Full employment 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

– Office work in Dubai. Relocation program is NOT provided;

– Prospects for development within the company in the field of investment, real estate or hotel business;

– The amount of payment will be set based on the results of the interview.
