Job Discription
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Support in preparing and submission of business proposals by checking, coordinating, make follow up with key persons, and ensuring everything is in line with the requirements.
2.Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver and receive doents and do bank transactions
3.Responsible for Company registration, maintaining legal doents and other Client requirements to perform the services
4.Monitor and prepare report ISO or any certification for Customers
5.Assist and attend to employees’ queries and other offices’ concerns.
6.Manage office supplies and place orders
7.Support for PMO by entering data and monitoring employees’ timecards
8.Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters and packages)
9.Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company doents and files (Doentation)
10.Correspondence in any related doents to be signed by the CEO
11.Request doents from the Client, partners, and employees
12.Do some monitoring and follow-ups
13.Offer assistance in organizing events
14.Do HR-related activities including but not limited to:
a.Recruitment process
b.On-boarding of new joiners
c.Preparation of HR doents requested by the employees
d.Monitor and prepare reports for employees’ attendance and leaves
e.Implement company policies and procedures
15.Assist finance-related activities including but not limited to:
a.Prepare invoices and statements of account
b.Sending invoices and following up with collections
16.And any other assistance when needed.
Qualifications
1.2 to 3 years minimum proven work experience as an Administrative officer or similar role
2.Filipino Female candidate.
3.Experience with office management software like MS Word and Excel
4.Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude that can handle people well
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills
6.Attention to details, can multitask and work under pressure
