Events Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Generating leads into exhibitions & events and develop business for the Company
Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
Collaborate with the other areas of the business to gain a deep insight into the exhibitions & events industries
Managing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
Deliver corporate presentations, product portfolio presentations & arrange demos to the clients as part of Business Development activities
Liaise with the design team for proposals / presentations & creative designs.
Creative proposal production from tender to pitch.
Prepare quotations for proposals as requested by client
Event & Logistical planning.
Managing all sales-related administration and reporting
Job Requirements:
Any Bachelors/Master’s degree
5+ years’ of UAE experience in business development / sales and client servicing experience within the event management sector.
Should have existing database within the exhibition & event industries
Must have the ability to develop effective presentations and proposals and be able to deliver it to decision makers
Excellent communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills
Expert-level skill with Microsoft computer skills (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
