Description:
We are looking for creative individuals who are passionate about creating content for social media. Content will be used on the social media channels. Below are some examples of the types of photos we are looking for:
· Instagram Reel/TikTok vidros (15, 30 and 60 seconds)
· Professional photography
· Day to day happenings or “day in the life”
· Products pictures
· Social Video (via iPhone or professional cameras)
· Story content (short video clips)
Primary Responsibilities:
· Taking pictures of new inventory, selecting which photographs to use online
· Insert professional photos into our database daily
· Craft and post content as well as monitor the accounts and respond to posts made by external customers
· Develop all content on accounts, including photographs, video clips, images, and articles
· Developing social media content plans consistent with the company’s brand identity.
· Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms,
· Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
· Create a content calendar and schedule quality posts.
· Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
· Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone
· Take images and videos for editing
· Capture meaningful and impactful moments
· Stay up to date on social media trends
· Bring brand awareness
· Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
· Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
· Complete Quality Check
· Knowledge of various types of video captioning tools/software
Skills and Qualifications:
· BA in Photography, Visual Arts or related field and three (3) years of relevant experience; or six (4) years of relevant experience
· Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, /Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
· Strong knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn)
· Experience building paid marketing campaigns on these channels
· An eye for photography/design ambitious, goal-oriented personality
· Organic social media marketing experience is a must
· Proven experience expanding upon and growing a brand presence exponentially
· Influence marketing experience
· Ability to tackle new emerging platforms
· Comfortable utilizing multiple analytics tools and working with multiple data sources
· Collaborative, fun, and enjoys working in a high impact position
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments attention to detail and understanding of subtleties across the various social sites
· Organizational skills, with the ability to apply them to internal processes
· Excellent communication skills
