Online: Build social media presence by supporting platform strategy, activities, and content calendar generation. Improve and maintain brand website.
Offline: Lead all traditional marketing program planning and execution (media, BTL)
Local Store Marketing: Helps and Supports the Operations team for LSM Activi-ties for the outlets.
Budget Management: Build, manage and report marketing spend budget.
E-commerce & Digital
Lead the brands ecommerce platforms.
Strategize the e-commerce plans and guide the performance marketing agen-cies to execute the plans for better ROAS(returns on advert spending) and Rev-enues.
Works for the agencies and IT team to develop and manage website design and process flows and seeks continuous improvement.
Select, onboard, and manage relationships with the 3rd party Aggregators.
Ensures great customer experience online and through the call centre team in conversions.
New Product Development
Advise the management for new products as per the market trends.
Conceptualise and spearhead as per the current trends and product R&D glob-ally.
Strategize the Go To market plans and involves the stakeholders for buy-in.
Ensures correct implementation of the product and marketing plans.
Follow-up consistently on the performance of the products and make changes when required.
Engage in regular research and analysis of competitive environment and con-sumer sentiments / trends.
Analytical, understand the value of data, be able to facilitate analysis in order to understand sales and customer behaviour and needs.
Requisites – Academic & Skill sets:
Minimum 10 years of Branding & marketing experience. Preferably in end to end interior and home decor/multi furniture divisions
Bachelors Degree in advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications Post-graduate degree a plus.
Excellent computer literacy skills
Driving license with in any GCC country
Digital Marketing expertise, managing SEO, delegating with online analytics team will be added advantage.
Excellent/creative communication skills in English and Arabic
Team player, enthusiastic & Passionate.
Ability to lead a team and influence cross functional departments
