Description:
Duties:
– Organize and follow structured way of clients orders’ data keeping
– Coordination/ follow up with client’s orders/queries:
– Enter and track client’s profile in the database system
– Track client’s order status, make sure all is correct
– Organize quick help for client’s order if smth goes wrong
– Regular communication with clients
Requirements:
– Min 2 years of professional experience
– Very well-structured thinking and acting, self-disciplined
– Strongly client-focused
– Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
– Stress-resistance, ability for multi-tasking
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Languages: English – advanced/ fluent, Arabic – advanced or native
