Description:
The store manager effectively manages store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines by consistently creating a welcoming environment for the customer through greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and needs. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals; and manage staff effectively.
Store manager responsibilities may include supervising sales associates and store staff, making sure targets are met in an effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels, anticipating customer demand.
2. Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analysing and categorizing sales information, identifying, and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
3. Admin and Staff Store Coordination
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs, simultaneously working with Management Team and Brand Manager for support; developing and implementing new product training.
Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels, anticipating customer demand.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Professional Experience: Proven successful 5+ years’ experience as a retail/store manager
Powerful leading skills and business orientation, management, marketing, sales and business development

Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
