These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full Services Market P&L for one or more EMEA markets
• Preparing monthly and quarterly Financial Reports and Review Decks
• Ensure timely, accuracy, and quality of all Financial Reports
• Manage all standard Financial Reports
• Support and own the monthly Forecast process and reviews
• Provide explanations and bridge Reports on key business drivers based on Financial Results
• Support and provide recommendations on actions to improve business outlook
• Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders
• Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions
• Support the annual Budget & Financial Planning
• Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models
• Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture

Organization
You will report to Director Sales Enablement and Operations and will be supporting EMEA markets. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Finance and Accounting degree
• Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis
• Candidates with IT Services background would be a plus but not a must
• Looking for candidates with the following qualities:
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical, meticulous, and sensitive to numbers
• Proactive
• Independent

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.250 EUR depending on experience. Variable part (bonus) is 12% of your annual earnings
