Responsibilities ,
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Brew and prepare coffee using coffee machines or equipment.
Ensure that coffee supplies (coffee beans, ground coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, etc.) are well-stocked.
