For our German headquarters in Stuttgart we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager Mid Market (m/f/d) as manager of the acquisition team. As Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 10 Inside Sales Account Managers in Germany with a focus on new customer acquisition. You will report to our Mid Market Leader.
Your tasks include:
. Contribute to remote sales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing, process changes, etc.
. Manage employees to meet the organization’s expectations for calls, pipeline, customer accuracy, sales results, productivity, quality and reporting
. Monitor daily results and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for senior management.
. Collect and provide input to improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, output and customer experience
. Proactively drive the execution of marketing campaigns
. Play an active role in the acquisition of key projects and provide guidance to the sales representatives
. Take over ownership in critical customer situations and drive the identification of a solution
. Participate in hiring process
. Prepare input for performance reviews
. Collaborate with other internal teams/functions to exceed Midmarket business plan (especially Channel, 4P)
. Prepare business decisions by providing all necessary data like financials and business justifications
. Regularly coach & train the employees (in terms of remote hard selling, solution selling and storytelling)
. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in center operations management.
. Collect regularly training needs for his team on Lenovo products, processes and skills
Your profile:
. Ideally, a degree in information technology / business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
. High affinity for IT sales (preferred with experience with data center and Solutions)
. Sales experience (min. 3-5 years), ideally in the remote sales environment an advantage
. Ideally, experienced in leading and training a young team
. Excellent communication and contact strength
. Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
. Negotiation skills and motivation skills
. Ability to work in a team
. Good knowledge of MS Office
. Flexibility and above-average commitment
. Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
