Description:
The UX/UI Designer will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing design solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of Figma and its plugins, hands-on experience with CSS for branding, and the ability to create efficient user experiences with minimal clicks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine user interfaces using Figma, leveraging its extensive range of plugins for enhanced functionality and design fidelity.
Develop and apply consistent branding across Power Pages using CSS and style frameworks to ensure alignment with corporate identity.
Create reusable page templates and design patterns for Power Pages to streamline development and maintain consistency.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and accessible design solutions that focus on user experience and interaction efficiency.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve deliverables.
Document design processes and create guidelines to assist development teams in understanding and implementing designs.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Figma, including a strong grasp of its plugins and integration capabilities.
Significant experience in branding and styling with CSS, specifically within Microsoft Power Pages environments.
Demonstrated ability to create user-friendly designs that minimize the number of user interactions required to perform tasks.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills across a variety of digital projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for translating business requirements into visual concepts and designs.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in other design tools and platforms is a plus.
