Description:
Admin & Marketing Assistant
Handle wide range of clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, quote preparations and handling correspondence.
Responsible for managing databases or other information systems used by company’s marketing department.
Regular follow-ups with clients for the quoted project and for the new projects.
Preparing reports on marketing activities, including costs, revenue generated, and customer feedback
Providing support to marketing managers by answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling meetings
Identifying opportunities for increasing market awareness through regular follow ups with the clients.
Supporting the other departments in clerical works.
Once jobs are awarded need to coordinate with operations department to execute the job.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing filed, experience in admin / procurement is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Word, MS Office Excel with short cuts.
Salary: 2000 to 2500 AED, Transportation will be provided by company from Shabiya – Mussaffah.
Job Location: Prestige Tower, Capital Mall, Mussaffah – Abu Dhabi.
