Role: HR Administrator
Location: DUba, KSA
Duration: 2+ Months contract(12+ months extend)
• Visa requirement: YES, work visa or work permit (iqama)!!!
• Rotation: 6/4
• Offshore: No
Travel: Will be paid by project
Accommodation: Will be paid by project
Food & beverages: The consultant will be staying at a villa where a chef will be available to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
Implement the employment contracts based on the Saudi labor law, regulations and in line with DI-Saudi Arabia objectives and policies.
Keep personnel dossiers complete and up to date (medical examinations, certificates, etc.).
Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new personnel.
Liaise with medical insurance company to register new staff and leavers.
Responsible for the social insurance registration of new personnel.
Update the project attendance list of the staff; ensure that it remains up to date.
Be actively involved in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening CVs, sending job offers and IT compliance protocol.
Administer keeping a track of sick leaves and vacations.
Collect the monthly timesheet from the project national staff.
2. QHSE-S:
Maintain and report workplace health and safety compliance.
Execution of activities without endangering quality, health, environment, safety, and security.
Work and act in accordance with the applicable QHSE-S instructions and measures, take appropriate measures in case of accidents and hazardous situations.
Qualifications & Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field.
A proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HR field.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of Saudi labor law and disciplinary procedures.
Both self-employed problem solver and strong team-player.
Able to communicate and express yourself fluently in spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus.
Authorization
Access to HR folders and files in the Project Server and/or network.
To represent Dredging International in HR-related matters of the project towards colleagues and third parties.
