Key Responsibilities:
Conducting precise cost estimations and formulating budgets for road and infrastructure projects.
Skillfully negotiating and managing contract terms.
Vigilantly monitoring project progress, costs, and variations.
Collaborating seamlessly with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial success.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE’s road and infrastructure sector.
Thorough understanding of construction costs, contracts, and project management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying for road and infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Dubai.
Proficiency in relevant software tools.
Possession of a UAE Driving License is a plus.
