Job Description: Female Adm (Visa Provided)

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Handle telephonic inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in managing and organizing office operations.
Utilize basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, for data entry and analysis.
Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and team members.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Hours and Benefits:
The working hours for this position will be in accordance with the UAE labor law, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The company will provide a visa to the selected candidate. Along with a competitive salary of AED 2000 + accommodation and commissions based on performance.
