Responsible of the coordination and communication of the Employee Social program’s projects that target the wellness dimensions related to the Health aspect. Coordination of the new capability for the business to deliver effective change and realization of projected benefits. Responsible for the overall quality integrity and coherence of the program. Developing and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within and through an effective program/project management.
1. Oversees the Employee Social Programs in terms of its development in coordination with the Head.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, or other related disciplines required.
Grade 11: Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years in a seniority position with Master’s, or seven (7) years of similar requirements with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
