Job Discription
•Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including planning and executing maintenance activities.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance work.
•Develop and maintain doentation related to facility management processes and procedures.
Candidate Requirement
•Over 5 years’ experience in Facility Management
•Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Safety.
•Experience with Facility Management software and tools.
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
•Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
