The role will be responsibile to deliver the following

Support in developing a content marketing strategy that supports the company’s overall marketing and business objectives and is responsible for the execution of the plan.
Create engaging and informative content for an external audience, such as articles, press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets that will resonate with our target audience and position our business as a
Conduct market research on industry topics, trends, and news to ensure our content strategy stays relevant and our that leadership team is informed.
Benchmarking the competitor’s content marketing strategies and providing insight to shape our strategy and plan.
Preparing content for interviews, thought leadership articles, keynote presentations, and presentations.
Managing media inquiries, and working with external journalists to shape and craft our media stories.
Build your media network, proactively establish media relations and collaborate with partners.
Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating the impact of our PR strategy on a superficial basis.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and create content that meets their objectives.
Manage social media accounts and engage with our followers and customers.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to the marketing team on new content formats, channels, and opportunities to reach our target audience.

To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates that have the following experience and skills

Bachelor or master’s in communication/ journalism/ marketing
5-8 years of relevant experience in a communication role, with 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of communications and Media
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying and changing demands
Proven experience in developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create content that is engaging, informative, and compelling.
Experience with social media management, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyse the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
