Description:
A typical working day for a Real Estate Agent:
Outbound calls to sellers/landlords.
Arranging market appraisal’s and pictures for the listing.
Listing properties on our state-of-art CRM for marketing purposes (Reapit – it’s the best!)
Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
Qualifying clients and conducting viewings.
Negotiating deals between the two parties.
Maintain accurate records on properties, clients and owners
Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals.
Working hours of 9am-6pm Monday – Friday.
